株式会社リクルート様 『Follow Your Heart & Music』 プロジェクトのwebデザイン、ロゴ、アーティスト写真、アドピラー、コンコースフラッグ（B0ポスター120枚）、シネアド、デジタルサイネージ等、クリエイティブ全体のアートディレクション、グラフィックデザイン、作曲をSMDOにて担当いたしました。
At SMDO, we were responsible for the overall art direction, graphic design, and composition for the creative aspects of the “Follow Your Heart & Music” project for Recruit Co., Ltd. This included web design, logo creation, artist photography, ad pillars, concourse flags (B0 posters totaling 120 pieces), cinema ads, digital signage, and more.
「Follow Your Heart & Music」はリクルートの目指す世界観“FOLLOW YOUR HEART”に基づき、音楽を通じて自分の心に従い新たな一歩を踏み出そうとする若者を応援する企画。今年はこの企画に賛同したHakubi、KANA-BOON、PERICAN FAN CLUB、みゆな、マカロニえんぴつが、それぞれ「挑戦」というテーマのもとクリエイターとのコラボでMVを制作。

“Follow Your Heart & Music” is a project by Recruit Co., Ltd., aiming to support young people who strive to take a new step by following their hearts through music, based on Recruit’s worldview of “FOLLOW YOUR HEART.” This year, artists Hakubi, KANA-BOON, PERICAN FAN CLUB, Miyuna, and Macaroni Enpitsu collaborated with creators to produce music videos under the theme of “challenge,” as part of this project.

Continuing from 2018, SMDO was responsible for the art direction, graphic design, web design, logo design, print design, and composition of the teaser movie for the “Follow Your Heart & Music” project by Recruit Co., Ltd. Also, Nakasone from our team handled the composition.

リクルートの企画「Follow Your Heart & Music」が昨年に引き続き、今年も始動した。「Follow Your Heart & Music」はリクルートの目指す世界観“FOLLOW YOUR HEART”に基づき、音楽を通じて自分の心に従い新たな一歩を踏み出そうとする若者を応援する企画。今年はこの企画に賛同したSKY-HI、吉田凜音、Saucy Dog、Reol、感覚ピエロが、それぞれ「挑戦」というテーマのもとクリエイターとのコラボでMVを制作した。音楽ナタリーでは5回にわたり、彼らにコラボMVや企画への思いを聞いていく。
“Follow Your Heart & Music Presented by RECRUIT” Project Details
Recruit’s “Follow Your Heart & Music” project, which started last year, has kicked off again this year. “Follow Your Heart & Music” aims to support young people who seek to take a new step in their lives by following their hearts, based on Recruit’s worldview “FOLLOW YOUR HEART,” through music. This year, artists SKY-HI, Rino Yoshida, Saucy Dog, Reol, and Kankaku Piero have collaborated with creators to produce music videos under the theme of “challenge.” Music Natalie will conduct interviews with the artists about their collaborative music videos and their perspectives on the project, which will be featured in five articles.

Recruit has selected five up-and-coming artists to participate in the “Follow Your Heart & Music” project: “Ryokuoushoku Shakai,” “passa-pied,” “Kami-sama, I have noticed,” “Legal Lily,” and “CHAI.” These artists resonate with the world of “FOLLOW YOUR HEART” and engage in activities, expressions, styles, and creations that break free from existing frameworks.
The teaser video was composed by Nakasone.
