東京ビッグサイトで行われた東京インターナショナル・ギフト・ショー春2019 第5回LIFE×DESIGN『U×U（ゆう）』のブースグラフィックを担当させていただきました。
ブースデザインは SUPER PENGUIN様。U×Uコンセプト『U×U（ゆう）』は、日本の優れた商品を世界に届ける、中小企業のための販路開拓のプロジェクトです。「YOU」は英語で「あなた」。つくりての「あなた」とつかいての「あなた」が出会い、あたたかい信頼で結びつくことを願い、生まれました。
日本の心と技が育んだ価値ある商品が、世界のどこかのあなたに新たな発見と感動を届けますように。『U×U（ゆう）』はその出会いの場を作ります。

SMDO was responsible for the overall graphic art direction, graphic design, and main catchphrase for “NIKKEI MESSE 2024 : Beyond the Buzzing City!” held at TOKYO BIG SIGHT from March 12th to March 15th, 2024.

2019年 9月3日（火）～6日（金）東京ビッグサイトで開催された「NIPPON QUALITY in ギフト・ショー秋 2019」
本年は、光と影を大きなビジュアルコンセプトとし、森や木漏れ日をテーマにしたブース壁面などの会場グラフィック、アートディレクションと紙面グラフィックデザイン、会場BGM、ブックレットデザインの作成を担当いたしました。
本プロジェクトは、優れた商品を持ち、海外市場への販路開拓を目指す中小企業の皆さまに向け、海外販路開拓・拡大を支援するプロジェクトです。
“NIPPON QUALITY in Gift Show Autumn 2019” held at TOKYO BIG SIGHT from September 3rd to 6th, 2019.
Light and shadow is a major visual concept this year. SMDO was in charge of venue graphics such as booth walls, art direction and paper graphic design, venue background music, and booklet design based on the theme of forests and sunlight filtering through the trees.
This project supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with excellent products in their endeavor to develop and expand sales channels in overseas markets.

大変詳しく写真も盛り沢山です。
SMDO created a website featuring interview reports with brands that exhibited at NIPPON QUALITY.
The report is very detailed and includes photographs of the exhibition, including those from last year where SMDO was responsible for art direction. It provides clear information on the benefits of exhibiting and the support provided, making it easy to understand.

2018年9月4日（火）～ 2018年9月7日（金）に東京ビッグサイトにて開催された「NIPPON QUALITY in ギフト・ショー秋 2018」立ち上げのロゴデザインから携わっておりますが本年もブース壁面や企画展示台、社名版などのアートディレクションとグラフィックデザインを担当いたしました。

The “Gift Show,” which boasts an annual total of 190,000 visitors.
SMDO have been involved in the “NIPPON QUALITY in Gift Show Autumn 2018” held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 4th to September 7th, 2018, starting from the logo design. This year as well, I was responsible for the art direction and graphic design of booth walls, exhibition stands, company name plates, and other elements.
「和」のクオリティを海外に発信するという意味合いを込め、和の「書」を洋風にアレンジしたようなインクアートをモチーフとしております。
インクの流れには出展企業様の勢いや躍動感、力強さを表現しております。
本年は白基調に黒ロゴはブランドイメージとして引き継いだままアクセントとして、日本のカラーとしても海外のカラーとしても用いられるゴールドを用い、昨年よりもさらに上品で高級感を打ち出すようなデザインをご用意いたしました。
The motif of the ink artwork is a westernized version of Japanese “calligraphy” with the meaning of transmitting “Wa” quality overseas.
The flow of ink expresses the vigor, dynamism, and strength of the exhibitors.
This year, we’ve maintained the brand’s black logo on a white background while adding gold accents, symbolizing both Japan and international appeal. This design exudes even more elegance and luxury compared to last year.

・Continuing from last year, we had the opportunity to work on the catalog design (Japanese & English versions) and tabloid design for “NIPPON QUALITY,” established by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.

毎年延べ来場者数19万人を誇る「ギフト・ショー」9月6日から3日間ビッグサイトにて開催されました。昨年に引き続き、独立行政法人中小企業基盤整備機構さんが設置する『NIPPON QUALITY』のカタログデザイン（日本語版 & 英語版）、タブロイドデザイン、webデザイン作成を担当させていただきました。
Art direction, Design, and Design Supervision.
The “Gift Show,” with an impressive annual attendance of 190,000 visitors, took place at Tokyo Big Sight over three days starting from September 6th. Once again, SMDO was entrusted with the design of the “NIPPON QUALITY” catalog in both Japanese and English, as well as the tabloid and web design, organized by SME Support, JAPAN.
・ gift show 2017 NIPPON QUALITY ブース壁面や企画展示台、社名版などのアートディレクションとグラフィックデザインを担当いたしました。日本の伝統とモダン、新しさ、躍動感、パワーをコンセプトに伝統的な「書」の墨を現代的に大胆に展開したキービジュアルをご用意いたしました。
gift show 当日の会場の様子の撮影もご依頼いただき現場で撮影もさせていただきましたが、全国各地から厳選された品質の高い商品が集結しました。
